About ALFA (All Life First Aid)

All Life First Aid was founded by me, Alec Leach, after more than a decade in the security industry. During that time, I saw just how powerful quick action can be in an emergency — and not just from professionals. I’ve witnessed untrained bystanders step in and make a real difference, simply because they had the confidence to try.

But I’ve also seen the other side — moments where people froze or panicked because they didn’t know what to do. That lack of knowledge, through no fault of their own, often made situations worse or delayed the help someone desperately needed. It’s those experiences that drive everything I do.

At All Life First Aid, our mission is to change that. I deliver accredited, hands-on training that’s practical, relatable, and designed for real-life situations.
